Fantasy Football: Week 5 Must Start

This is a very critical week for many teams in fantasy football. Week 5 seems early in the season but it is also typically when teams start to separate themselves from the pack. Check your standings, you will see a few teams that are doing great and a few doing really bad. Some teams will be 2-2 and this is the week they either lean towards the winning record side, or fall into the losing records side. As always, fantasy football can see big changes from week to week so its too early to give up or crown yourself the best. Look to these 3 players below to help whether your the team off to the slow start or even if you jumped to a big lead in your division. DFS and Fantasy Leagues, the 3 players below will do there jobs this weekend so get them in your lineups.

Sam Bradford, QB, Eagles

Trust me on this one…no seriously…I promise…no, I’m not joking. Bradford had a great week last Sunday and this Sunday he has a shot at the Saints. The Saints defense scares literally zero QB’s and Bradford is no different. He should continue his success from last week and roll with big numbers by the end of the game. His salary is good in DFS and there’s many options in fantasy leagues that would be much worse for you. I like Bradford over guys like Rivers, Cutler & Dalton.

Dion Lewis, RB, Patriots

Lewis just received a new 2-year deal from the Patriots and that tells us a lot right now. Blount had a big game last week and many fantasy players are concerned that he will eat into Lewis’s playing time. I believe Blount will get the goal line carries for sure, but I don’t see any scenario where Lewis isn’t a big time part of this offense. Cowboys are over confident and arrogant and the Patriots are going to be happy to run up the score in this one. Barring injury, Lewis is a guy I feel good about rest of season.

Kamar Aiken, WR, Ravens

Aiken is an underrated must start WR in Week 5. Cleveland has performed poorly in there secondary and have managed to stop nobody. Flacco will throw the ball a decent amount in this game and his favorite target will be Aiken until Smith returns. Aiken is a must start almost by default, he’s talented but its the amount of targets he will get that really puts him here on this list. Put him in your lineups Week 5 and watch it pay off.
